The Constitution Day Forum will feature guest speakers are Danielle Citron, University of Virginia Law School professor; and Jennifer Huddleston, director of technology and innovation policy at the American Action Forum. They will discuss how Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act and the First Amendment work to promote free expression online and whether Section 230 is constitutional.  The speakers will answer questions from three political science students- Jack Heneghan ’23, Kenneth Schall ‘23, and Sarah Wu ‘23.  The event’s Moderator, Noah Stein ’22, and the MC, Alejandro Pasquel ’23, are also political science students. Andrew Lucker and Laura Tartakoff, professors of political science, are SCP co-coordinators.

A link to the event will be available Monday on the university’s website.
