Start training for upcoming races with new 121 Fitness program

121 Fitness is launching a new “Bring on the Run” race-training program beginning Saturday, April 11. The five-week program will meet twice a week: on Saturdays from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. and again for a cross training group exercise class of the week with a guest pass.

The program includes:

  • Five-week running program for 5K, 10K, half and full marathon distances by Jason Chuhay, 121 Fitness personal trainer;
  • Weekly running educational group discussion followed by a group training run each Saturday;
  • Weekly group exercise class specific to cross training;
  • Professional shoe fitting by Cleveland Running Co.;
  • Sports nutrition guidance with a registered dietitian at 121 Fitness; and
  • Online community support and exercise tracking.

The program is open to members of 121 Fitness at $99 and non-members at $120.
