Staff: Learn more about the L.E.A.D. certificate program during Aug. 1 info session

There will be an information session for the L.E.A.D. Certificate Program for Supervisors Aug. 1 from noon to 1:30 p.m. in Adelbert Hall’s Toepfer Room. Refreshments will be provided at the session, but participants are encouraged to bring their own lunches.

L.E.A.D. is an intensive 10-month cohort program designed to strategically help employees develop essential leadership competencies through a variety of workshops, individual and team coaching, assigned readings, assessments and networking. Participation is limited to 15 staff members annually, and all participants must be in a supervisory role to qualify for the program.
