Come to the LGBT Center every first Monday of the month this semester for Spoonie Spectrum.
This conversation group talks about being in the intersection of the LGBT community and living with disability. People with visible and invisible disabilities are welcome.
The name Spoonie Spectrum refers to the Spoon Theory, which is a way to measure how much energy a person with a disability has to complete daily tasks.
The group will meet Feb. 5, March 5 and April 2 at 6 p.m. in the LGBT Center (Tinkham Veale University Center, Suite 179).
