For students who are interested in improving or enhancing their spoken English skills, the Spoken English Programs will continue to offer free seminars during November.
A new seminar, titled “Seminar in Conversational English, Idioms, and Fluency,” will be offered Fridays at 2 p.m. This seminar also will be offered on Thursdays at 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. U.S. EST for students who are currently overseas or in other time zones. This seminar runs from Nov. 5 to Dec. 4.
In this seminar, students will learn useful language for conversations in English along with common idioms. Together, participants will analyze conversations to learn more about fluency in English and have time to practice and share experiences.
