The Spoken English tutors invite students to an open house Friday, March 22, to learn more about spoken English tutoring and programs. Students will meet tutors and enjoy free Chinese food and snacks.
The event will be from noon to 2 p.m. in the Guilford House dining room.
Students must RSVP to Elise Geither at email@example.com by March 21.
Spoken English Language Partners (SELP) is a group of undergraduate and graduate students trained to help with presentation skills, pronunciation, classroom participation, fluency and vocabulary. They meet individually with CWRU undergraduate, graduate and professional students. Many of the tutors are working on degrees in English, but some have backgrounds in communication or science and engineering.
