“Spectrum” dance concert

The Department of Dance will host a fall faculty and guest artist concert with student performances to Brink by contemporary New York-based choreographer Janice Rosario.

In addition to the return of the popularly acclaimed Les Noces by Pascal Rioult, attendees also can experience In Another Place and Time, a new technology-infused multi-media and multi-channel sound dance, supported by artistic director Gary Galbraith. Other collaborators of the program include Mike Martens, a Case Western Reserve University professor of physics, and Jared Bendis, creative new media officer for the Freedman Center for Digital Scholarship.

Performances will take place at the Mather Dance Center Nov. 11, 12 and 17-19 beginning at 7:30 p.m., and Nov. 13 at 2:30 p.m.
