Undergraduate students who are passionate about media, want to find ways to express themselves, or are just looking for a fun time are invited to join the members of University Media Board (UMB) for Spartigras, an evening of games, free food and prizes! The event will take place Saturday, Aug. 26, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Thwing Center as part of Case Western Reserve’s Discover Week.
UMB’s organizations work with everything media—from journalism to theater and movies to radio. Other featured clubs include those representing CWRU’s yearbook, satire and literary magazines, the film studio, and the undergraduate research journal.
Come for a night of fun: Get a free T-shirt, win a teddy bear (UMBear) and play carnival games! Plus, the group’s members are eager to answer questions, show off their work, and meet new members.
