Society of Pediatric Psychology recognizes Olena Zyga

The Society of Pediatric Psychology (Division 54) chose Olena Zyga, a senior studying pediatric psychology, as an outstanding undergraduate student. Zyga has contributed to research on many topics, including pretend play and developmental disorders, neuroimaging and adolescent obesity and the development of internalizing disorders in adolescents.

She is involved in leadership roles in Psi Chi and Phi Sigma Pi, and as a volunteer at a therapeutic riding center.
