“Social Work Licensure 101: Your Frequently Asked Questions”

Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University invites all Master of Social Work (MSW) and Master of Science in Social Administration (MSSA) students for an interactive, informational Zoom session Tuesday, March 29, from 1 to 2 p.m. EST.

The Mandel School’s student service team will provide an overview of social work licensing, share resources, and answer questions on obtaining a social work license. Attendees will also hear valuable advice from Mandel School faculty as well as student and alumni perspectives. 

Featured guest speakers include:

  • David Hussey, director of Mandel Leadership Fellows Program;
  • Cheyenne DeShields, Mandel School alumni (MSSA, LSW); and
  • Kate Schacterle, second year MSW candidate;

Attendees are encouraged to submit questions ahead of the event so that the speakers may tailor the information to meet the audience’s needs. (Questions can be submitted at the time of registration).
