What does it mean to engage in social justice-related research? Members of the Case Western Reserve University community are invited to join the Social Justice Institute for the next Social Justice R+R (Research + Refreshments) event Thursday, Oct. 13, from 11:40 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. in Crawford Hall, Room A13.
Social Justice R+R events feature talks from campus leaders on how social justice is central to their work. At the next event, Brian Gran, professor of sociology and law, will present “‘Rehabilitation and Reintegration’ of Residents of Syria’s Al-Hol Camp.”
Individuals are encouraged to bring lunch to the event; drinks and desserts will be provided. RSVP by emailing socialjustice@case.edu.
The final R+R of the semester will feature Amanda King (LAW ’17), co-founder of Shooting Without Bullets.
