Based on customer requests, University Technology ([U]Tech) is making upgrades to Single Sign On—the screen users see when logging in to webpages restricted to members of the Case Western Reserve University community.
The changes include:
- When logging in directly to case.edu, the success page now indicates who you are logged in as. (For example, “You have successfully logged in as abc123.”)
- When logging out of case.edu directly, users now will be reminded to close their browser sessions on the logout success page.
These changes come as [U]Tech makes other upgrades to the Single Sign On service this morning. This upgrade should not affect regular users of Single Sign On.
