Case Western Reserve University Department of Music will present a Symphonic Winds Concert March 2 from 7:30 to 9 p.m. in Silver Hall at the Maltz Performing Arts Center at the Temple – Tifereth Israel.
The concert will feature CWRU Concerto Competition winner Nicholas Pogharian, trombone soloist, performing John Mackey’s “Harvest Concerto for Trombone.”
This performance is part of the Maltz Performing Arts Center’s Silver Hall Concert Series. These events are free, but registration is required. Parking passes may be purchased in advance for each performance for a nominal amount. Paid parking is available upon arrival in the Maltz Center lot.
Shuttle service will be provided for this event, with shuttles departing from the Tinkham Veale University Center Linsalata Entrance (Bellflower Road) and Denison Hall (1650 E. 115th St.). Return shuttles depart from the Maltz Center at the conclusion of the event.
