Sign up for Weight Watchers at Work Sept. 4-21 for a free starter kit

Case Western Reserve University employees can join Weight Watchers at Work to receive a 50 percent subsidy for participating. Additionally, those who join from Sept. 4 to 21 will earn a free starter kit from Weight Watchers.

The starter kit has tools that can help participants be successful at losing weight and keeping it off, including an omelet maker, vegetable steamer, food chopper and cutting board.

On-site meetings for Weight Watchers at Work will be held Wednesdays at noon in the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing faculty/staff lounge and Thursdays at noon in Thwing Center’s Cleveland Room.

The meetings give participants the support and motivation to stick with the program.
