Registration is now open for Bioethics Network of Ohio’s 34th annual conference, “And Justice for All? Examining the Principle of Justice in Bioethics.”

Speakers include:

  • Mark G. Kuczewski, PhD, HEC-C: “When Worlds Collide: The Problem of Health Inequities and Anti-Immigrant Politics”
  • Daniel Skinner, PhD: “The Sociopolitical Context of the Large Urban Hospital and How it Relates to the Communities it Serves”
  • Tim Lahey, MD, MMSc, HEC-C, FACP: “Ethical Responses to Violence Toward Health Care Workers”
  • Amanda Harvan, MS, APRN- CNP, GS-C: “Leaving on the Midnight Train to Georgia: Autonomy and Justice in Complex Geriatric Patients”

The conference will be held virtually over Zoom on Thursday, February, 27th and Friday, February, 28th. The cost for members to attend is $25, and we are again grateful to Hospice of the Western Reserve for helping us offer Continuing Education credits to those who attend the conference.
