Human Resources Professional Development Center (PDC) has released its spring 2023 training calendar. The PDC has doubled the number of training sessions from fall 2022. If you missed any training sessions this past semester, many of them are offered again. You can sign up for training sessions through CampusGroups.
New training sessions will cover topics such as emotional intelligence and team building. There also will be deep dives into previous topics such as conflict management and time management.
The PDC will partner with Sustained Dialogue, the Office for Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity, and Human Resources Immigration in spring.
If you are continuing or beginning the Employee Supervision Certificate, suggested tracks have been added to guide faculty and staff members through a selection of well-rounded skills for their development journey.
