Please join us this summer for an exciting course on beer brewing and fermented beverages! ECHE330/430 & CHEM338/438 will be a summer course during the May term. Learn from local professionals and take brewery tours while gaining a technical overview of the manufacturing process. No prereqs, just a love for designing craft products! Also, if you’re a graduate student the CWRU Fellowship program could be an option for you. This program allows graduate students to take courses without a tuition burden.
