To participate in commencement and reserve guest tickets for convocation, graduates must register online by Friday, April 1, at 5 p.m. Sign up, update or verify your information today.
All commencement information, including schedules for each school, reception times and other details are available at case.edu/commencement. Visit the website for the most recent updates and share with family and friends attending commencement so they can plan their visit.
Cap and gown
Bachelor’s and master’s students may purchase their regalia at the University Bookstore now. Doctoral regalia will be available to pick up at the University Bookstore May 9-14.
Convocation tickets
By registering to attend commencement, students are guaranteed two tickets to the university-wide convocation. Additional tickets are not available for sale. The university-wide convocation will be broadcast at overflow viewing locations inside the Horsburgh Gymnasium and the Ford Auditorium. No diplomas are given out during the convocation ceremony. Convocation tickets will be distributed by the schools in mid-April. Make sure you do not lose your convocation tickets; they cannot be replaced.
Live webcast
The university-wide convocation and all diploma ceremonies taking place in Veale will be live webcast beginning at 9 a.m. on May 15. Guests who cannot make it to campus can watch online at case.edu/events/commencement/visitor-information/webcast/.
Check the map
Be aware the Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon takes place on commencement day. Be sure to check the marathon route and tell your guests so their travel to campus is not interrupted. Read more about the travel advisory at case.edu/events/commencement/visitor-information/commencement-travel-advisory/.
