Delaware Online: Disciplinary actions against doctors in Delaware increased the state’s ranking for doctor discipline from 35th to 13th in the survey by Public Citizen’s Health Research Group. “It’s a huge change. If they continue that, they will move closer to the top 10,” said Sidney M. Wolfe, adjunct professor of internal medicine at the School of Medicine and author of the Public Citizen’s annual report.
