Shift Your Ride: Sustainable Transportation Fair

Celebrate Earth Week by learning more about green transportation at Case Western Reserve University’s Office for Sustainability’s Shift Your Ride: Sustainable Transportation Fair Tuesday, April 18, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m on the first floor of the Tinkham Veale University Center.

Participants will learn how to commute via bike, public transit, walking, car share and car pool around Greater Cleveland and how these modes of transportation improve both personal health and the health of the planet.

The fair will feature short talks from Cleveland transportation experts from noon to 1:30 in the Senior Classroom. When not presenting, these organizations and others will hold informational tables in the atrium across from the Senior Classroom.

The following presentations will be held:

  • Noon to 12:15 p.m.: University Circle Inc.
  • 12:15 to 12:30 p.m.: City of Cleveland
  • 12:30 to 12:45 p.m.: Bike Cleveland and University Hospitals Bikes
  • 12:45 to 1 p.m.: Green City Blue Lake
  • 1 to 1:15 p.m.: Ohio City Bicycle Co-Op
  • 1:15 to 1:30 p.m.: ciCLEvia
