Sharona Hoffman presents on safety and ethics in health information technology, emergency preparedness

Sharona Hoffman, professor of law and bioethics and co-director of the Law-Medicine Center, presented “Meaningful Use and Certification of Health Information Technology: What About Safety?” at the Health Law Professors Conference in Chicago in June. Additionally, last month she spoke at the Emergency Medicine Resident Ethics Conference at University Hospitals Case Medical Center on “Emergency Preparedness, Law & Ethics.”
