On campus, nearly 700 students, staff and faculty have taken Gallup StrengthsQuest or StrengthsFinder, which help participants identify unique talents in order to be a more engaged, successful and confident community member.
Those who have benefited from learning about their strengths through StrengthsQuest/StrengthsFinder are invited to share their experience with the program.
Personal stories help others make meaning of what they are learning. With February being StrengthsMonth, campus community members who have participated in the program and are utilizing strengths are asked to share their experiences.
