The Spoken English Programs offered through the University Center for Innovation in Teaching and Education will continue to offer the Seminar in Culture and Communication during the summer. Open to all students, post-docs and research scholars, this free seminar provides practical information on culture and language.
Topics for the seminar include:
- Business English;
- U.S. history;
- Presentation skills;
- Career English; and
- Growing up in the U.S.
The seminar meets Fridays from June 14 to Aug. 2 at 2 p.m. in Sears Building, Room 541.
