The IMPACT Solutions employee assistance program and Human Resources invite staff and faculty to attend a one-hour seminar titled “How to Have a Professional Respectful Workplace.” The seminar will be held Thursday, June 20, from 10 to 11 a.m. in Biomedical Research Building, Room 105.
In any work setting, unprofessional, disrespectful and disruptive behavior creates a milieu of negativity that impacts morale, productivity and job satisfaction. Everyone must establish professional respectful relationships with colleagues and supervisors. This seminar will focus on what it means to be a professional, address negative behaviors and discuss how to respectfully communicate with one another.
