Self-service email, password tools unavailable Nov. 6, 2-6 a.m.

Self-service email and password tools found through help.case.edu will be unavailable Tuesday, Nov. 6, from approximately 2 to 6 a.m. as maintenance is conducted to the server that hosts them. During this time, users will be unable to modify passwords (including changes and resets), email aliases, preferred first.last@case.edu email addresses, off-campus email addresses, and security questions.

This planned maintenance is part of a broader project that will upgrade several campus servers, resulting in improved availability and scalability of their applications.
