All are invited to the second BBQ on the Quad on Wednesday, June 19.
This week the menu has a Caribbean vibe, featuring jerk chicken thighs, mojo pulled-pork sandwiches and a grilled black bean chipotle burger. The meal comes with options including a mixed-greens salad with citrus vinaigrette, coconut fruit salad, roasted sweet potatoes and banana curry rice. On the condiment station, spiced chili slaw, mango aioli and guava BBQ sauce will be available along with cheese, lettuce, tomato and other more traditional condiments. The meal includes assorted ice cream novelties for dessert.
The BBQ on the Quad will be from 11:30 am to 1:30 p.m. outside Tomlinson Hall.
The cost for lunch is $8.50 and includes an entrée, side, beverage and dessert. Order double protein for just $3.50 more. In the event of rain, the BBQ will be held in the Tomlinson Café.
