Sears think[box] Founder information session

The Larry Sears and Sally Zlotnick Sears think[box] will host an information session on becoming a Sears think[box] Founder Wednesday, Sept. 5, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Executive Director Malcolm Cooke and Director of Outreach Tiffany McNamara will lead the session.

Case Western Reserve University students, staff, faculty and alumni as well as community-based entrepreneurs can apply to become a Sears think[box] Founder and have access to valuable startup resources in the facility.

As part of the program, Founders and their team will receive the following benefits at no cost:

  • 24/7 access to Cloud L. Cray Jr. and Sally Hunter Cray Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship
  • 24/7 access to third floor prototyping space
  • Access to mentors, partners and other assets in residence
  • Comprehensive programming to support all stages of the entrepreneurial process
  • Regular, mutually arranged one-on-one advising with entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, product experts, industry veterans and faculty from various schools
  • Use of think[box] address for business mail

Those interested must RSVP through a Google Form. Light snacks will be provided; attendees are encouraged to bring a water bottle to fill at the fountain.
