The LGBT Center and The Flora Stone Mather Center for Women’s collaborative series continues with a screening of The T Word for the Transgender Day of Remembrance.
The screening will be held Tuesday, Nov. 15, from noon to 2 p.m. in Tinkham Veale University Center, Suite 248.
The T Word, hosted by Laverne Cox, follows seven transgender youth from across the country and their determination to lead their lives as the people they are meant to be.
Christine Howey, playwright and actor of Exact Change, will facilitate a discussion after the screening.
Food and drinks will be provided at the event.
