Schubert Center for Child Studies recognized for support of bill SB256

The Schubert Center for Child Studies was listed in Dayton Daily News as one of the organizations that advocated for the passage of bill SB256.

The bill creates guidelines based on research and science to assist judges in sentencing youth under 18. It also provides youths who are or will be convicted and given a de facto life sentence the chance to work toward a meaningful opportunity for parole.
