School of Medicine to host fundraising event in Sonoma County; register now

The School of Medicine will host Giving Kids Hope event in Sonoma County, California, May 20-21.

The event will feature an interactive food and wine experience with Sonoma winemakers from Cast Winery, Gregory James Winery, Paradise Ridge Winery and others.

The following experiences also will be auctioned off:

  • A Cleveland Indians Progressive Field tour for two with CEO and team owner Paul Dolan; tickets to an Indians game with an overnight-stay for two at a Cleveland hotel; and dinner at a favorite downtown restaurant.
  • Four tickets to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra in Cleveland in December 2016, with a meet and greet following the concert; four tickets to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum; overnight-stay for two; dinner at Lago Restaurant; and two bottles of Lago’s Private Label Salerno Selection red and white wine.
  • A Napa Valley Package including a wine-paired luncheon for four and overnight stay in beautiful Napa Valley, which includes a private experience at the prestigious Beckstoffer Vineyards.

Proceeds will directly support the Research Institute for Children’s Health at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, which aims to improve outcomes for children who suffer from devastating diseases and disorders by accelerating breakthroughs into new treatments and cures.

Individual tickets cost $500, while a table can be purchased for $5,000. The table purchase includes 10 tickets, access for two for VIP event at Cast Wines Friday, May 20, and access for two for private tour and tasting at Jordan Winery Saturday, May 21.
