Malachi Mixon III Professor of Entrepreneurial Studies and professor of economics at the Weatherhead School of Management, discussed what he believes was a slow national response to the coronavirus pandemic, and said the country essentially faces two choices: stay home and wait out the virus or go back to work too early, which means “the virus would spread at a very rapid rate and the health-care system would be overwhelmed very quickly,” he said.
