School of Law’s Michael Scharf talks foreign policy on WCPN

  • The military ethicist: Shannon French, director of Case Western Reserve’s Inamori International Center for Ethics and Excellence;
  • The international law professor: Milena Sterio, law professor at Cleveland State University; and
  • The peace negotiator: Paul Williams, president of the Public International Law and Policy Group.
