School of Law professor Robert Strassfeld served as panelist or moderator at four presentations this semester. He moderated three, held here at Case Western Reserve University in September: “Piracy: New Threats, New Responses,” at the International Law in Crisis Symposium; “ 9/11: A Ten Year Retrospective on Law and the War on Terrorism”; and “There’s Something Happening Here: September 11th’s Impact on Academics and Universities” at The University and National Security After 9/11 symposium.
Additionally, he was a panelist on the “Protecting Civil Liberties in the War on Terrorism” panel at the Center for the Study of American Democracy at Kenyon College in November.
