School of Law Professor Calvin Sharpe completed editing the Center for the Interdisciplinary Study of Conflict and Dispute Resolution’s interdisciplinary symposium on Forgiveness, Reconciliation and the Law. The symposium features six articles on the intersection of science, philosophy, legal doctrine and practice, including his introductory article “The Richness of Forgiveness Studies and Practices. The symposium will be published in the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Journal, which is publishing a special issue on Apology, Forgiviness & Reconciliation.
Sharpe is also the Galen J. Roush Professor in Business Law and Regulation and the director of the Center for the Interdisciplinary Study of Conflict and Dispute Resolution.
