Scheduled maintenance to impact several university applications

Throughout the next week, several of the university’s applications will undergo planned maintenance.

The following applications will be unavailable during the specified timeframes:

  • PeopleSoft SIS and SIS Mobile: Sunday, Dec. 3, from 3 to 6 a.m.
  • Globus: Saturday, Dec. 9, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • QuickBase: Saturday, Dec. 9, from midnight to 2 a.m.

The Human Capital Management (HCM) enterprise human resources system is scheduled for an update from today (Dec. 1) at 7 p.m. to Saturday, Dec. 2, at 1 p.m. Although no new features will be implemented and the system will function the same way, some pages may look slightly different to users. Members of the university community will be unable to access HCM during this maintenance cycle.

Additionally, the Call Manager phone system at the University Technology ([U]Tech) Service Desk will undergo scheduled maintenance from today (Dec. 1) at 11 p.m. to Dec. 2 at 3 a.m., and from Dec. 2 at 8 p.m. to Dec. 3 at 2 a.m.

During these timeframes, incoming calls will be received via a back-up system and callers can leave voicemails. Also, the campus community can email help@case.edu and use the live chat function on help.case.edu for assistance.
