Save the date: Memorial for former university president Agnar Pytte set for Feb. 26

President Barbara R. Snyder invites the Case Western Reserve University community to celebrate the life and legacy of former university president Agnar Pytte Friday, Feb. 26, at 4 p.m. in the Amasa Stone Chapel.

Agnar “Ag” Pytte led the university from 1987 to 1999 and contributed enormously to the physical growth of the campus, the quality of the undergraduate experience, and the strength of its finances.

Pytte died Friday, Nov. 6, 2015. He was 82.

The Office of the President will host a reception in Hovorka Atrium, inside the Pytte Science Center, immediately following the service.
