Sanjay Rajagopalan, director of the Cardiovascular Research Institute and professor of medicine at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, discussed the relationship between air pollution and cardiovascular events on Cardi-OH Radio’s podcast, “Air Pollution Exposure and the Heart.”
In the podcast, Rajagopalan reviewed the direct impact of air pollution exposure on cardiovascular risk factors and shared patient-centered and societal interventions to mitigate the risk of adverse health effects. Rajagopalan was interviewed by Michael Holliday from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.
