SalesForce highlights CWRU’s successful use of its product

SalesForce recently published a success story of Case Western Reserve University’s usage of its product. 

To carry out their new Student Success initiative aimed at increasing retention, satisfaction and graduation rates, Case Western Reserve University used Salesforce’s Education Cloud to increase accessibility, improve transparency and gain insight into the student experience. With new tools at its disposal—such as Advisor Link—CWRU leveraged the new technology to great success and aims to integrate more Salesforce programs to build on the momentum.
