University Health and Counseling Services will host a fast-paced, three-session workshop to help students improve their understanding of anxiety and depression.
The goal of the “Rethinking Anxiety and Depression” workshop is to provide students with skills to recognize and manage symptoms.
Those who enroll in the program should be able to attend all three sessions: Sept. 28, Oct. 5 and Oct. 12 from 3 to 4 p.m. All workshops will be held virtually; Zoom information will be sent after registration.
This program is available to students at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Institute of Music and Kent State University Podiatry.
