“Rethinking Anxiety and Depression” is a fast-paced, three-session workshop intended to help increase understanding of anxiety and depression. The goal of the workshop is to provide students with some skills to recognize and manage symptoms they may be experiencing.
Sessions will be held Nov. 4, 11 and 18 (Thursdays) from 2 to 3 p.m. ET. Students must attend all three seminars in order to participate.
This program is open to all Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Institute of Music and Kent State University Podiatry undergraduate, graduate and professional students. Students should attend all three sessions. Registrants will receive the Zoom link after registration.
