Singer collaborated with Mike Walker, director of Partnership for a Safer Cleveland, and Case Western Reserve University PhD candidate Liuhong Yang to write Cleveland, Ohio: A Community Law Enforcement Partnership for Sustainable Neighborhood Change. Their article was published by Springer to be featured in the book Innovations in Community-Based Crime Prevention: Stories from the Field.
