Research Associate position open in Oral Health Disparities Studies

An established oral health disparities group at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine is seeking a PhD level Research Associate with expertise in research methodology, applied data analysis, and qualitative and qualitative methods for an NIH-funded grant. This individual will oversee all aspects of research methodology, data collection, interpretation and analyses of data, and dissemination. Duties will include planning and performing all focus group activities, managing communication, and completing activities related to overall study fidelity and quality monitoring.

The Research Associate will also train study staff in qualitative and quantitative research methods and will develop the protocol and manual of procedures. This individual will also assist with dissemination of study findings through report writing and manuscript submissions.

We seek a highly motivated and dependable individual to expand the mission of oral health disparities research in diverse populations, and pursue scholarly activities. A strong background in qualitative and quantitative methodologies, and the design and conduct of clinical research is highly desirable. Qualifications include but are not limited to a strong background in epidemiology, social or behavioral sciences, or public health.
