Repair medical instruments to be sent to developing countries

Medical Instruments for Nations Under Development  workshop flyerMedical Instruments for Nations Under Development (MIND) will host a workshop at Sears think[ box ] Friday, March 4, from 12:30 to 3 p.m. Students are encouraged to stop by during that time to help replace batteries and check the error codes of about 10 pulse oximeters.

David Kazdan, clinical assistant professor of electrical engineering and computer science, will be available to answer questions and educate students about pulse oximeters.

Once repaired, the pulse oximeters will be sent to developing countries through MedWish.
