Case Western Reserve University scholar addresses modern technology’s effect on religion

Kent Wired: Peter J. Haas, the Abba Hillel Silver Professor of Jewish Studies, spoke at Kent State University on Tuesday, Oct. 22 on the topic of the Internet’s effect on religion. “The Internet is in fact creating new sorts of sacred space,” Haas said. “Religion as we know it is taking on an entirely different form.”
