The Department of Human Resources’ organizational development and learning unit is ringing in 2013 with new learning and professional development opportunities.
Several classes on various topics will be held on campus and are offered to employees of Case Western Reserve University at no cost. Topics include “Exploring Emotional Intelligence,” “Supervisor Communication Skills” and “Coaching and Developing Direct Reports.”
