The 2014-2015 Staff Mentoring Circles Program will begin with an initial meeting Thursday, Aug. 14, from noon to 1:30 p.m., in the Toepfer Room of Adelbert Hall.
The program is for staff members who want to engage in a mentoring program that consists of both mentorship and peer mentorship learning.
The program meets on Thursdays throughout the academic year. The dates are: Aug. 14, Sept. 11, Oct. 9, Nov. 6, Dec. 4, Jan. 8, Feb. 5, March 5 and April 2. Meeting locations will vary. All meetings will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m., except the April 2 meeting, which will be 3 to 4 p.m.
Lisa Board-McShepard, training analyst and organizational development and learning/employee relations specialist in the Department of Human Resources, will facilitate the meetings.
Registration is first-come, first-served. Participants are advised to read the registration form carefully and review their schedule with their supervisor to ensure that full participation is possible. For the August and December dates only, lunch will be provided.
