Employees enrolled in the Anthem medical plan can earn a Panera gift card by registering for the LiveHealth Online service at the Benefits Fair.
LiveHealth Online allows users to connect with a doctor for a face-to-face conversation through their computer or mobile device.
The Benefits Fair will be held Wednesday, Nov. 11, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursday, Nov. 12, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Tinkham Veale University Center ballroom.
Employees can present their Anthem ID card to the Anthem representative at the Benefits Fair to receive help registering for this site and for the chance to win a gift card to Panera. Anthem will give away 50 gift cards each day.
