Register for fall convocation academic procession by Aug. 25

Faculty members are encouraged to participate in fall convocation academic procession, Wednesday, Aug. 27 at 4:30 p.m. at Severance Hall.

To participate, faculty members must register by Aug. 25 at case.edu/events/convocation/procession/registration.html. Registrants must indicate whether they are a faculty member or a Distinguished University Professor from a prior year.

Faculty members participating in the academic procession must be dressed in proper attire and are responsible for providing their own academic regalia or obtaining regalia. More information on obtaining academic regalia is available at case.edu/events/convocation/procession/academicregalia.html.

Faculty members who choose to march in the academic procession do not need to buy a ticket. All other guests must reserve tickets by calling the Severance Hall box office at 216.231.1111 or going online at clevelandorchestra.com/en/1415-concerts/1415-rental-concerts/1415-cwru/2014-08-27-convocation/?performanceNumber=12610.

The 2014 Distinguished University Professors will be honored during convocation, and Barbara Natterson-Horowitz, the Elaine G. Hadden Distinguished Visiting Author of the common reading selection Zoobiquity: The Astonishing Connection Between Human and Animal Health, will give the keynote address.
