Reduce stress at upcoming meditation classes

Practicing meditation regularly can help reduce stress, improve focus and concentration, and improve general wellness—leading to greater workplace productivity.

To introduce participants to the art and to practice basic meditations, the Case Western Reserve University Wellness Program will offer a four-week Meditation 1.0 class. The class will take place on Thursdays, May 7–28, from 5 to 6 p.m. in the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing, Room 2280. Registration is required for the class.

Those who already have attended the introductory meditation courses and would like to dive deeper into the practice should consider Meditation 2.0. Taking place in Wickenden Building, Room 322, at noon on Wednesdays from May 6 to 27, this class will offer advanced techniques and longer meditations. Participants should register in advance.
