Reboot your diet with new nutrition program

Finding it a challenge to eat healthy on a budget or looking for new quick and easy dinner ideas as a working parent? Nutrition Action may be the answer. This eight-week class from the Case Western Reserve University Wellness Program covers a broad range of nutrition topics including “eating from the earth” and “food pharmacy.” Become a more informed consumer with this free, interactive program offered Thursdays at noon starting May 4.

Class presenters from the university’s partners at Ease@Work include registered dietitians, holistic nutrition experts and pharmacists.
